This Greek Macedonian Xiphos, used by the infantry of Alexander the Great, has a blade crafted from high carbon steel; the grip is steel with wood riveted to a thick blade tang. The hilt is completed with a steel guard and pommel plate.
The scabbard is crafted from wood with tightly overlaid leather. The brass hanging rings are fitted to the scabbard with leather banding.
Excellent realistic feeling. Fully functional, specially designed for reenactments.
